We're glad you're back . . . and congrats on a successful delivery! And yes, Nathaniel will keep you plenty busy. . . .but don't neglect self-care. You can't be good for him if you're not good to yourself.
I'm still hanging in there. Have been hovering around the same 2 pound range since January. That's 5 pounds short of my original goal . . . but it is just a number. I am feeling great. Doing stuff I haven't been able to do for years.
Since Summer is such a busy time for us, I've given myself a bit of slack when it comes to those days when we're gone all day (out riding on weekends, etc.). I'm still tracking nutrition and fitness during the week when I'm home, but allowing for a day or two 'off' each weekend . . . although I am staying on track, not blowing out on calories, I don't require myself to track.
So far it's going good. I'm staying at the low end of my 'tolerance' level on maintenance :)
