Me too... I switched to the new tracking system today and it say's I can eat a lot more than I currently do! I think it best to stay with what currently works for me.

I'm still going strong and ended up losing more weight than I thought I would/could! I've been in maintenance for over 8 months now.. how time fly's..

My ongoing gastric problems have contributed to losing too much weight and I'm working on trying to solve that problem and get back up to at least 110.

I'm still here . . . . maintaining, but not losing. Seems like everytime I increase my exercise program to help lose these last 10 pounds, I set myself back . . . . but I am learning (what not to do next time), and I take that as forward progress, despite the reading on the scale.

Will be receiving my Spark Solution book on Friday, just joined Spark Coach. Between the resources here any my TOPS group (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) this is my personalized weight loss program. And it's been working fine since I joined. I've lost 27 lb. I've been stuck in a holding pattern for about 5 months now, and I'm having trouble with that but hey, 27 lbs less of me...WooHoo!

I'm still here . . . maintaining. Had a bit of a fluctuation (in the wrong direction) after last weekend and eating 2 meals out while we were riding. Often at the local spots they don't cater to healthy meals.

I'm here to join the discussion. I don't normally post on the message boards, but that doesn't mean that I don't read them. I have enjoyed seeing names that are from this team in other places besides the message boards, such as the Huddle Wall, and Blog Posts. I don't know why, but the larger community sometimes overwhelms me. Maybe some social anxiety? I don't know, but I am glad to be here. emoticon

I'm still here, working slowly but surely at changing bad habits into good. Weight falls off slower than I want, but its falling. There's so many wonderful resources and teams that it is easy to spread oneself too thin (too bad that's not a physical "thin") I read the posts but don't post that much. Keep the Spark!

I am still here. Had a major knee surgery that brought me to halt weight loss wise, but i stayed on plan and am slowly building up the stationary bike minutes. Started losing again last week. Now i just need to stay on track thru a 12 day course of steriods for an asthma flare-up. 12 days on steroids that takes me right to the New Year. I think i will need all the self control i can possibly find within me, but i am determined!!

I'm still here -- this site has helped me a lot, even though I really hate logging what I eat, I realize it is the only way I will lose weight. I love how it breaks it down by carbs/fats, etc - helps me really be aware of what I'm eating. I'm happy with how much I've lost so far, just wish like everyone else, it was a faster process! ;)

I'm still hard at it too. But, as you said, this spark team doesn't get a ton of activity so generally I just check in occasionally. I've joined several other teams once I figured out that there are so many out there!

I also use the food tracker daily and have synced up my fitbit, and these things keep me on track! Still learning as I go - I haven't set up a spark page or quite figured out what the huddle stream is, but I'm sure I'll get there!

I'm still here too. Learning so much and still on plan.
I use the fitness and nutrition tracker every day
and haven't missed one day logging in since 10/1.

I'm still discovering good stuff . . . it's tucked in everywhere!

Especially enjoy and appreciate SparkFriends who share their journey,

It's great that you have found success in obtaining your weight loss and lifestyle change goals through SP.
This team is really just a starting place for new members to assemble and get acquainted to SP. Usually the members move on to other teams they find of interest and away from this starting team.

I'm still here. I still get on SparkPeople every day to log my meals, exercise, & weight. I just don't seem to have as much time as I'd like to spend on the computer investigating other areas of the website. Working full time and the busy-ness of the holidays has me just about maxed out. --KJD

I don't see much activity with this group anymore and wonder how many of us are left here and still Sparking?

I love this site and it has helped me out so much. I never realized before how much I was actually eating until I consistently used the food tracker. The first month was hard getting my dinner recipes into the recipe calculator, but now it's great and I like having my very own person cookbook to draw dinner ideas from, not to mention all the other great recipes there too.

So, if you're still around, how about dropping by and letting us all know how you are doing? emoticon
