I portion everything into the snack bags. I have a basket that is my "go to" with my good snacks in them. I try to keep them 150 calories or less. I also keep low fat cheese sticks in the fridge.
I have a YoNana machine that I make frozen treats with. I am not a big fan of fresh fruit, but I LOVE frozen ripe bananas in my machine... with a few strawberries and blueberries. It's like fruit "ice cream" made of only fruit...
I like to portion pistachios, too. Taking off the shells makes it last longer, LOL!
There really isn't anything I deprive myself of... I just portion it and track it!
