I´ve chosen the easy ones for a start: journaling (as I write in my journal every night), fruit and veggies (which turned out a bit of a challenge as I had some problems with indigestion for a couple of days) and exercising. Plus I track my drinking and kilometres (miles) walked.

Today is my first day. I picked 3 goals from the FastTrack Goals. 1. Exercise 10 minutes.....I did 10 minutes of my walking tape 2. Journal.....wrote two pages in my journal 3. drink 8 glasses of water ..... I have a special drinking glass which I have determined I have to fill and drink 3 glasses. Yikes!!!

Those seem like good goals! I think taking things slow when they're as serious as changing your health/body, its best to start with a solid foundation and build motivation and commitment. GREAT JOB!
I'm trying to get 8 glasses of water, track all my foods eaten, and listen to a get-up-and-go song every day :) Today is only day two for me. I got them all except for the song, but today I am doing it while I log my foods...LOL!

8 glasses of water a day. Walk the dog once per day. and I will have to check the other. I believe it was to talk about my goals with someone which I have been doing with my husband. I honestly am trying to get him to start here too.
