Those seem like good goals! I think taking things slow when they're as serious as changing your health/body, its best to start with a solid foundation and build motivation and commitment. GREAT JOB!
I'm trying to get 8 glasses of water, track all my foods eaten, and listen to a get-up-and-go song every day
:) Today is only day two for me. I got them all except for the song, but today I am doing it while I log my foods...LOL!
