What small changes have you been working into your day to kick start your new, healthier lifestyle (aside from Spark people, of course!)
Drinking more water! I haven't given up soda completely yet (working on it!) but I only "allow" myself to have one if I have had at least 64oz of water before hand!
Not going it alone! I have always viewed this as a personal journey, which might be why I have failed so many times before. Last night I committed to running a 10K in November with a friend, and I know that having someone to be accountable to is going to keep me "on the wagon" longer than if I was doing this alone.
