Drinking water is a big one I'm trying to tackle! So far so good. My body actually craves it like crazy now and I'm up near 10 glasses a day. I am trying to eat small meals throughout the day cause I get busy and have a too much and dinner and like to snack at night.

Drinking water is my small thing. I am trying to get in at least 2 bottles of water with a goal by October to be drinking 3 bottles of water a day which will take me to 6 cups of water a day. I too have not given up soft drinks completely. My weakness is Mountain Dew. I am only drinking 12 ounces (for me at one point I was at 24 or more ounces.) I know it sounds like not much but I also am trying to park further away when I go anywhere. It's the little things for me lol. Hope y'all are having a great day.

Drinking more water! I haven't given up soda completely yet (working on it!) but I only "allow" myself to have one if I have had at least 64oz of water before hand! Not going it alone! I have always viewed this as a personal journey, which might be why I have failed so many times before. Last night I committed to running a 10K in November with a friend, and I know that having someone to be accountable to is going to keep me "on the wagon" longer than if I was doing this alone.
