My goal is to eat more fruit. I always have it around because my son loves any kind of fresh fruit, but I rarely eat it. Hopefully I can start to work that into my daily diet more.

Everything you do is somehow a choice.

I've started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred, so my goal is to finish it by the end of September. Or at least make it to level 3. Never made it to level 3 before.

Anyone have any new goals that they are going for this month?

My Hubby and I have started a weight loss challenge. We are competing to see who can lose the most weight by Halloween.
