I've finally started taking walk with my boys. I managed two walks last week. The first one I pushed a single stroller with the baby in it. The second one I wore the baby. I definitely get more of a workout when I'm wearing Jacob. However, he wasn't a big fan of it.
So, my first goal is to get THREE walks in. Now that the heat has broken it should be easier to get outside.
My second goal is........to not drink any of my calories besides milk or orange juice. I have been bad about always having diet soda vs regular or iced tea with splenda vs sugar.
