I ran my first 5k this past weekend. This was my first race ever and the first time I ran on the street. I had been running on the treadmill prior. My goal was all running - no walking - or I wasn't going to count it as reaching my goal. So happy I accomplished my goal in 33:50. Can anyone tell me if this is a decent time? I am so knew to running :).....
