I know all the bathrooms on my usual routes. In fact I offered a dollar to a starbucks yesterday to let me use their bathroom. (I live in Hollywood, Ca so everything is locked). Thankfully I am in there frequently enough they just gave me the key without charging me.Yet I am well hydrated!

My goal is to drink a bottle before my lunch and a bottle before my dinner. I use a 27oz bottle and usually drink a bottle before bed. This has helped have a concrete way of focusing this.

Fill a water bottle and take it with you. Focus on drinking it all and then increase daily to get in enough water. Lemon is a great idea. There are some flavor packs to make it tastier. For me I had to have it with me to think about drinking it at first. Now it has become habit. I even heat water and sprinkle cinnamon in....smells great...no calories...warm and yummy.

How about some lemon or lime in it? Or that sparking water?

My sis has cups throughout the house, and takes it with her.

I think this one of those things that is harder.

I drink green tea. You could water it done or use non caffeinated . It has alot less caffeine than coffee anyhow.

BTW- I saw the other day, there is some websites that have some favored water recipes. I haven't looked at them yet.

I have a really hard time remembering/wanting to drink water. I drink maybe one cup a day if I'm not working out. Any ideas/tips on how to be better at this. Im happy with myself with my eating and exercise, just need to do better with this.
