Fill a water bottle and take it with you. Focus on drinking it all and then increase daily to get in enough water. Lemon is a great idea. There are some flavor packs to make it tastier. For me I had to have it with me to think about drinking it at first. Now it has become habit. I even heat water and sprinkle cinnamon in....smells great...no calories...warm and yummy.
