I am also incorporating running as part of my weight loss program, right now I can run a block but that seems to be it but baby steps for me. Sadly I suffer from heel spurs so that does inhibit me but I won't let it stop me. I am in.

Pain is temporary, Quitting lasts forever

Life is Change. Death is Dwelling on the Past, or Staying in one place to Long.

i am focusing on the small steps trusting the weight will come off when it is ready. I am eating enough to fuel my body and making sure what I put in to my body is good for it. Nutriet-dense food, not calorie dense. Keep up the good work everyone.

I Know that I was Sick and this is just water loss/ dehydration I am sure...but still have to type it in...yesterday...125.2....if only it could stay there and keep moving down!

I am running to get back into shape. My goal is to get down to 140ish by July, provided my body will let me. Between recovering from injury and fighting allergies I am needing to listen to what my body says it needs. But I can do this and so can you!!!

This is definitely my plan. However it seems like I battle the same few pounds. So I am setting a goal here to lose a pound by 3/1. I am stuck at 127.9 right now. Anyone want to join me?
