You may also want to check out IT band stretches. Very simple, but easier to understand when seen. I had some pressure on my knees when running. Friend recommended the strectches to me, pressure decreased a good amount and now is non-existent. Best of luck on your journey
Congratulations on getting in those first steps! I love the Jeff Galloway method of timed run/walk intervals. Currently I'm using 1 min run (actually a slow jog) and 1 minutes walk but I've also used 1 min run/2 minute walk or any other variation you want. It's good that you go slow to build up the muscle strength and cardio. Some of those things may go away as you work on it, if you continue to work up slowly. So glad you've joined us!
