I realize this topic is over two months old, but I just joined and happen to have a little experience with this. I can't vouch for all bluetooth headphones, but I'm currently using the Jaybird Freedom: www.jaybirdgear.com/freedom-bluetoot h- headphones/ . These headphones are absolutely wonderful, and have great sound quality (especially bass response, which is usually lacking in headphones). Also, you can opt for over-the-ear clips in addition to the in-ear supports, which really help the headphones stay in place, even when running.
Pros: they sound good overall, and sound great when paired with the Jaybird bluetooth adapter (sold separately), they are guaranteed sweat-proof (Jaybird will replace for free if damaged by sweat), and has decent battery life for a bluetooth device. They will also function as a headset if used with a phone, and can answer and end calls.
Cons: they are not cheap, especially if you want to buy the bluetooth adapter for better sound. The adapter is only compatible with Apple devices (I'm using the setup with an iPod Nano that I wear on my wrist). The bluetooth connection is rather linear, so being that the receiver is on the right earbud, you need to make sure the bluetooth device (phone or ipod) is on your right side.
Overall, I can honestly say that I've been extremely happy with these. Be sure to research other options as well, and best of luck!

I have heard of them but have never seen them. I would be very interested in them as well, I would have to have some that are also noise canceling. Right now I'm having to deal with the cord on my sony earbuds, but the sound quality is awesome and the noise cancellation is still the best I've found...do they have wireless headphones that aren't bluetooth? I would need to be able to use them on my android phone and my ipod since I use both at the gym and my runs depending on my workout for the day.

Hi guys, has anyone tried the wireless bluetooth headphones? If so, are they any good? They seem quite expensive so I'm keen for any comments! Or better yet, does anyone know if there are any other wireless headphones on the market that would work on a windows phone? It would be soo much easier for runnning, and also for the gym!
