I just started the Couch 2 5k this week. I really struggled with it so I'm repeating week one next week to feel better about it. I did it on the treadmill this week (2x at the gym and once at home, I'm way slower on mine at home. It's a 500.00 one instead of like the gym has that are 2500.00) but it's been so rainy and stormy here I couldn't do it out side.
I have the C25k app on my phone and a podcast on my ipod. I can't wait to use them outside! Good luck with it.
