The last two times I've been out running I've noticed pain in my lower abdomen. Specifically, my uterus. It starts about 2/3 of the way into the run (2-3 miles total so around mile 2) and it stops about 15 minutes after I stop running. It isn't gas and it is nothing that causes me to go to the bathroom when I finish running. It can be pretty painful. It isn't something I experienced the first week I was running, but I've only been running about 2 weeks now anyway. I've never had this type of pain with any of the exercise that I've done.
I googled it and saw a lot of theories: dehydration, gas, improper breathing or form, or maybe it is related to my menstural cycle. Has anyone else had this? I am going to map out my symptoms and keep a log of what is going on so that I can mention it to my doctor. Right now I am not sure what the pattern is.
