I suggest cross training, and cycle. If you can use a stationary bike that would be fine also, this is what seems to help my butt shrink!!! not sure the running helps much,,,, but hey I could be wrong!!!

Hi! I have been running for 13 weeks now, at least 4-5 times a week, at least 3 miles and a longer run. I just started to add some hills. I havent lost a single pound yet, I notice my legs are slimmer and my arms, maybe a tiny bit in the stomach area but I just cant make my butt smaller!!!! Will running hills help? Due to a bone spur I can't do deep lunges. PLEASE HELP! I am so depressed over this!!!!!
