Same as last time. Jogged for 25 minutes straight. With the walking before the jog and after, I did a total of 5K.

One more day of 25 minutes, then I'll move up to 28 minutes. (I've been repeating my couch to 5K program.)

5K, but that was including both walking & jogging. I jogged for 25 minutes, which was about 1.86 miles for me & my very slow jog.

I have not ran yet today but yesterday I ran 2.22 miles some is hilly I run from my house to the track and do 2 laps then run home is all 2.22 miles I think tonight I will do 1 or 2 more laps around the track depends on how I'm feeling.

I haven't run yet, but I'm in Tennessee today and the weather is great. It will be nice to get out and not have to deal with snow and ice.

Yesterday (Monday), 2.76 miles - interval 10K plan - wk 1 day 1! Yay!

Today, walked about 1.5 miles to/from work, and also to/from my daughter's school. It was all I could do...too much snow to slog through! Treadmill time I guess!

Next run, tomorrow (Wednesday)!

Today I jogged 2 miles outside (it is cold) in 20 min - My best time ever, I never thought I could run 10 min miles!!

Now I just need to work on keeping that pace for more than 2 miles - That will be the hard part.

I had a harder day today shoveled snow for an hour then went to the gym running was much harder today, ran 1.1 then walk 3 min run 1.1 then walk 3 the 6/10 of a mile but it was harrrd

Today's my rest day--but yesterday I went 2.32 miles! That's a third of a mile further than I've ever gone before. And I ran faster--my total pace including walking was about a 15 minute mile, up from a 16.2 minute mile before. But my running was closer to an eleven-and-a-half minute mile, which is by far the fastest I've run. Tomorrows the last day of week five for me...really excited to run 20 minutes in one shot a week from tomorrow!

I went a total of 3.47 miles today, and probably about 1.75-2 of that was jogging. (I'm finishing up week 5 of c25k.)
