Got in a 9 mile run and walked another 2.5. Did most of this on trails and with a water backpack. That was a change even though it was maybe only 5 pounds! Just real happy that I am not sore today! Woot! But still will be a rest day.

Wow! I am struggling to find time for everything I want/need to do in the limited "free" time I have daily and it seems walking/running is way low on my "to do"list daily. I'm,gonna have to get inspired from you folks if I want to run in the 5k again . (think I'll go and sign up for one so I have motivation to prioritize it)

2 miles at a 3.7mph pace. I am still getting back into shape after about 18 months sidelined due to injury. I am still mainly walking but I am getting faster.

I ran 3.2 today. Taking it easy this week due to low back and hip pain. This was my first run/walk. It felt pretty good!

Just turned 46 and haven't been running since then almost 3 weeks ago. Extremely unmotivated...feeling blah! Need my spark back! I think I need to find a partner to run with me in the dark or change my work schedule so I can run in the mornings...any other motivational suggestions? :(

SENIORMOVER1 Don't feel at all bad. I hadn't done any running in months either and am starting over.

Friday I did 1.85 miles in 24 minutes. I'm not fast but I'm slowly building up distance a little at a time.
