I am halfway through the C25K program, but my endurance is a lot better than I anticipated and I am finding the workouts a little too easy. I am doing a 15 minute jog 10 minute walk on my off days - probably going to increase the jogging time starting on Monday.
My short term goal is to run a 5K. Medium term is a triathalon - 5K run, 10K bike, 5K swim Long term is to run a 10K and see what happens from there!

I am currently working on training for a 10K next month...then I want to do a 1/2 (thanks, AMY!! LOL). Not sure when I'll start training for that yet, though. My goal is to run 3x a week. Not focusing on mileage right now...that will come with 1/2 marathon training! EEK!

My running is in between stages right now. I am trying for a 5k run that is under my 30 minute PR! I am registered for a 5k every Sat. in May (one is an 8k), 3 Sat.'s in June, and 3 Sat.'s in July! I WILL GET THERE! I run outside, but do speed and hills on my treadmill! Now I am also getting mentally prepared to start training for a half marathon beginning Monday. Let's see what occurs!
I am in week 6 of the 1 hour runner program. Then, I plan to work on the 10K training program - starting in July. So, right now my running is based on time. When I begin the 10K program, I will run based on distance.

I never measured my miles... it is all about time for me. If I ran 30 mins it was a great run for me. Now I run 1hr 30 mins at the same run and I am very happy. Good luck, hope I answered your question. :)
