I am halfway through the C25K program, but my endurance is a lot better than I anticipated and I am finding the workouts a little too easy. I am doing a 15 minute jog 10 minute walk on my off days - probably going to increase the jogging time starting on Monday.
My short term goal is to run a 5K.
Medium term is a triathalon - 5K run, 10K bike, 5K swim
Long term is to run a 10K and see what happens from there!
