Way to go!
Anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength
I must learn to love the fool in me- the one who feels too much, talks too much, takes too many chances, wins sometimes and loses often, lacks self-control, loves and hates, hurts and gets hurt, promises and breaks promises, laughs and cries...
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Philipians 4:13.

You must first set yourself on fire."

Running away is never the answer, but in running I often find my answer!
I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.
Life never gives you more than you can handle. Accept challenges with grace and know that you are stronger for overcoming them.

Ok, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO close to where I want to be for a 5k run! I am aiming for 28-29 minutes at some point. Yesterday, I crossed the line in 30.13. My best time yet. I still can't seem to jog the entire way in some races. When I rounded the corner to the finish line the clock read 27.49. i was sooooooooooooooo close, but just couldn't get there any faster. "SIGH" I can do it at home, so what gives? Is my home route just too predictable? I actually won 2nd place in my age group and got a trophy. I am stoked!!!! Hubby has given me some good pointers, so watch out for my next race in 2 weeks!!!
just completed my first full marathon 10-9-10!
