Okay I did it I ran my first 5K and finished in 31 min. I was very proud that I finished and I think it is a pretty good time. It was an absolutely beautiful day the sun was shinning, it was a bit windy on the way out which I find tough and then on the way back the sun had really heated things up and there was very little wind to cool you off. But I can't wait for the next one which is next Saturday
