I found Moving Comfort bras about 8 years ago. I wear a 36 DD and I used to wear 2 or sometimes 3 bras when I went out to run. What a pain!

I found the Mia does a fantastic job and I don't hurt anymore when I run.

The first one I bought at Dick's Sporting goods, but they don't carry them anymore. Now I get them online. At least I know what size to buy. emoticon

Out of my comfort zone.
