Lol, I meant great in the last post...
So, does anyone else have an hr monitor? Yesterday while I was running, it kept telling me that my heart rate was too high. It messed up my total distance cause I slowed way down to get my heart in range again, which only happened when I was walking...go figure.
Weigh in day. Stay tuned, I think I have gained. Dunn Dun Dunn!

Sorry about that, turns out Tom came to visit early, lol! Today will be better I'm sure. I do have a lot to accomplish, but I don't have to see anyone so I can be as scrappy as I'd like to be. I got my morning run in early and feel much much better! I am feeling hopeful I can pull it together. Merry Christmas Eve!

Well so far this weekend is CRAP. I feel completely out of control and stressed out. I don't have time to workout after work today. So much to do and not enough time before Christmas. I have to shop for groceries and I so don't want to do that today of all days. It is going to be a mad house! Ugh. I have to suffer through I guess. There's no other way around it

Not doing spectacular-kinda treading water if you will. I did eat very well this week (until yesterday lol) I went to the gym twice this week. I am going again today. Exercise had been nearly non-existent for a while here but no more. Since I have been slacking I have 19 pounds to lose till goal instead of the 13 I previously had. Oh well-such is life.
I am going to be getting my hairs cut. I will post a picture when it gets done. I am hoping for tomorrow.

Oh man! Been there, computer woes suck! Thanks for the running plans! I printed them off and am looking them over this morning to decide which one I will try. The Run10KFaster program might be JUST the ticket!
Today is my crosstrain day. WOOHOO!
I feel the need to go psycho at the gym, but I'll reign it in. Since last week I put on 9 pounds. Granted I made some poor eating choices but not enough to blow up that much. Pretty sure its a combo of PMS and all the extra sodium. Guess I'm cleansing this weekend!

Today is my run day. I actually packed a duffel bag again so I could go to the gym right after work instead of heading home to change. It just crossed my mind that last year in the middle of winter, I would have done anything not to have to change my clothes at a place other than the safety of my own home. But now practicality rules in my discision making. I get so hot and sweaty at the gym that I opt for thinner, smaller, shorter clothes so I will be more comfortable. There is no way I could head outside wearing a tank and knee shorts! BRRRR! Last year I was so consumed with how uncomfortable I was in my own body, that I wore long, oversized sweats. I've really changed a lot since then and not just physically. It's nice to know.

No biggie! It's alright, you can always do better this week! I got to my run but ate up a pretty big chunk of time by slowing down to catch my breath. Oh well I guess. I really want to be able to run 5 kilometers within 30 minutes but so far it seems my limit is 34 minutes. Just keep trying, is what I tell myself :-)

December is a busy month!! I was good last week, only missed one day... this week, only worked out one day! :( Between errands and sickness, well at least I am eating within range even if I missed 2 runs and 2 ST days. Oops.

Man! How long has it been?! Sorry I kinda left you hanging. I have been sticking with the program for the most part but I've been so busy at work that I didn't have time to check in. I'm still running like a fiend. In fact, I ran today at the gym. I feel like crap when I am in the middle of the run, but nothing beats the feeling of afterwards. The runner's high is no joke! Lol! I hope you are doing okay :-)
