my problem is that I want to be all over the places...I am rather following the weekly/daily Zgym posts and workouts. I haven't barely touched the DVDs. I would maybe follow them when internet is down and lack of creativity to do my own!! I feel like if I am not going into Zgym, I miss something, ha ha!

Some of the Power Cardio workouts I really like, but I'm hooked on Power Strength because of the use of weights.
Did workout 5 today. Used 16lbs for the step ups and was able to do two rounds without stopping and then did last round. I had to do the last four renegade row push ups on my knees in each round, used 8 lbs. I used 10 lb kettle bells for the one arm swings.
I absolutely LOVE the Power Strength DVD. The Power Cardio was a bit frantic for me, and living in an apartment, all that jumping around wasn't always feasible (poor guy below me). But I love this set. I feel like I'm pushing myself, but I'm not crazy out of breath and jumping constantly like with the Cardio DVD. Right now I rotate the two DVD sets and a ZWOW (Strength, Cardio, ZWOW, Day Off, start over) and I'm starting to see results, which makes me feel great. I still sort of dread the Power Cardio days, but I love almost every workout on the strength DVDs. I highly recommend them!
I completely understand! I say, just do your best and the rest will follow! When I first starting doing her DVDs.. it took me like 40 minutes to complete the exercise/warmup/cooldown. Over the weeks, I've gotten stronger and stronger! I'm beating my times. I'm in no way able to keep up with Zuzka - yet! But you have to start somewhere :) If need be, modify the exercises. I know I still completely suck at push ups haha. I do girl ones all the time, when needed.
Wow, she's really cranking them out there. I'm happy for her. I need to get on the ball. My Power Cardio and Power Yoga dvds have been sitting in the same spot for weeks now. I've tried them but I give up sometimes and my body won't let me do some of the moves (crab kicks). It's a great series, I think I'm just a little scared.

I, for one, am SO EXCITED that Zuzka is going to put out another DVD set! She said May 31st but I wonder if that is just when the "preview" comes out (the advertisement for it) or if that's when it goes on sale!
Also, I can't believe she's just getting all of these things out there. She must be working super hard. This is the first hint that we've gotten that we'll have something new. Zu is good at keep secrets, haha!
