There are maybe 7 different sections- no play all option. The total lengh is 50 min. I did the whole thing starting with the warm up.
Warm up is a good flow series. Then there is a crescent flow seires a balance and pylo series an arm pylo series this one is wear you start to feel the burn pushups/side planks Then you go into the burpees- total of 35 Burpees with pushups insane Then warrior poses
It was my kind of yoga a lot of basic flow- forward fold, to plank, chatarunga, upward dog, downward dog, plank then you did the workout My sholders are soo sore and I was sweating like crazy.
I would say you need to do a warm up and at least 2 of the videos or do the same one twice- i enjoyed doing the full video it definately felt like a workout more than yoga.
