@Squishymommy: I was like you, I couldn't wait for the DVDs to arrive but now that I've seen the first one I can tell you that you aren't missing out. It's just bunch of workouts that she usually does. The location is drab, she has better ones in her YouTube videos.
The 1st workout was: 50 burpees, 10 jump tucks, 20 jump lunges, 30 kick ups, 40 jack kicks. The 2nd workout is: 10 prisoner get ups, 20 sumo squat jumps, 30 side lunge jumps, 40 skaters, 50 pendulums, 60 high-knee jumps to plank, 70 plyo jumps.
The warm up is called Dynamic Warm Up and starts with 10 walk outs to push up which I thought would be sort of hard since the whole body isn't warmed up nor stretched but it worked. I'll do my own warmup from now own though.
