These are my goals for 2013: - Have proper sleep schedule - Do 10-min workout in the morning - Get daily 7500 steps - In control with my food - 1 kg loss by end of each quarter - Complete 1 Yellow Pages in two months (study for career progression) - Weight always below 58 kg!

This year, 2013, will be the year that I will learn to make choices that will bring me mental, physical, and nutritional excellence. To reshape and rebuild my body, mind and spirit into the optimal amazing machine it was meant to be.
I will do this by:
• I create new fitness, nutritional habits. • I will make healthy food choices. I will only choose foods that have a high nutritional value. To choose foods that will benefit my body. Foods that will feed it and keep it healthy. • I will create and abide by my monthly financial budget. • I will spend time with God and the bible each day. • I will journal my process and progress.
How I will achieve the above goals:
Fitness: I will follow a workout schedule for a minimum of 21 days but preferably 2 months. This will allow me form a fitness habit. One that I will create a desire in me to do some for of physical fitness each day.
Nutritional: To successfully complete the 28 Day Raw Foods Bookcamp. This will allow me to form healthy food habits. One that will create a desire in me to choose only those foods that will provide my body with the most nutrients.
Emotional: To spend at least 10 minutes reflecting on the days blessings and lessons. To write these reflections in a journal, so that I can review them periodically. To see what I have accomplished and to see what needs to be revised should my path get diverted.
Spiritual: To spend at least 20 minutes reading the bible each day and spending time in prayer. I can do all things through Him who gives me strength.
Financial: I will create a financial budget identifying when my money will go. I will stay within my financial goals. This will allow me to build a savings.
I, Lisa, challenge myself to participate whole-heartedly in changing my life by making healthy food choices everyday, making exercise a priority in my daily life, and by committing to really follow through with my goals. I will do this by keeping a log of my progress. By doing this, I am improving the quality of my own life and the lives of my loved ones’. I will be a role to all those around me.
