I don't think there's really a way to log minutes with their fitness tracker for things like ZWOW's :) I think you just have to log the exercises individually (and reps/sets). I'll post something in the ZWOW group encouraging people to post their scores and times on the feed for that group though! It seems a little complicated at first, but once you log a workout, I think you can save that routine so that you can use it again later without having to log everything individually :D

Awesome group.. I joined your group and am following you. :D Thanks for sharing the information.

How do you log the ZWOW minutes? Also, is there an easier way to log workouts? I don't keep real good track of my weight training workouts at the gym.

There should be a quests option on your main "You" profile page. Just scroll through and find a couple that you're interested in. All you have to do is follow the instructions and log your exercises under "track" and the quests will automatically be fulfilled and rewarded! :) Some of the groups have challenges that you can participate in. I created a ZWOW group sort of like what you have here on Sparkpeople **blushing**. :D I will be logging my workouts both here and there! There's a challenge starting next week for ZWOW's 1-5. The group is called "ZWOW challenge!" if you're interested :) My username is ldaniels48. You should friend me! :D

It does look pretty cool. At least what I have seen so far. Which is not much though. I have join a couple of groups. Not sure where to go from here? Where do you find quest?

Any tips on where/how to navigate?

It's a fitness community that's like a game! You enter your workouts into a log and you earn points, are awarded achievements, and can level up. Sort of like spark people, but the workout part of it is way more in-depth. However it is not a replacement for sparkpeople by any means: it does not log calories/food or tell you how many you burned. It's just for fun :) and the community is really nice and friendly. You can take on quests too... It's so much fun! :)
