In a year I will be gettting MARRIED :) July 5th Yay... It has been a long engagement for My finace and I and I really need to get going on more planning, but I am good at putting things off :)
So my goal is to look awesome for my wedding- I want to lose about 10 more lbs. I am 5'3'' and my starting weight was 138 this April. I am stuck at 134 lately, but got down to 131 a couple weeks ago.. We are honeymooning in Jamaica next November and I really want to look great for all those pictures in bikinis.
In 1 years time I want to be healthy and fit. I would like to loose 25 lbs and then another 20 lbs. I want to have more children so I need to keep fit and keep the lbs coming off. I will update if I come up with more goals.

I participated in the Gladiator Rock'n Run! It was really fun :) As far as tips go: endurance training is very helpful. I actually failed to do this before mine and it resulted in a low time (I was just doing it for fun anyway!). A program like C25K is great for this! Body weight strength training like what is in Zuzana's workouts are perfect for this! I felt very well prepared strength-wise. Practice with pull-ups will be helpful ;) There are a couple of obstacles that demand an impressive amount of upper body strength, although you can opt out of them and do burpees instead if they are too demanding!
I will be transferring to University of North Texas as a Journalism major :) likely with a focus in news!
