I think doing various of exercises help me do house chores more efficiently LOL Such as last two days when I had to stretch long to sweep behind a big cabinet and lift heavy furnitures :D

Yeah, unfortunately, hard to rest from typing LOL I found a way to lessen the pain for my wrist which is to elevate the hand when typing :D However, if I'm getting lazy to do that, the problem will get worse!

VW_STEPH, I dunno what exactly wrong my left wrist, it bother me from time to time, something related with the bulge caused from repetitive strain injury (probably from using lots of shortcut keys in the keyboard and not surprising the keys at left side of keyboard looks nearly invisible, hehe). So, I'm taking rest from doing any exercise that use my wrist, especially pushup.

I was given an anti-thyroid medication, Tapazole, which stops the thyroid from making more hormones. I've been taken off that now, and go for another blood test soon to see how I'm doing off the medication.

Thanks. :) For a long time now I've been stuck right near the start of "overweight" according to BMI charts. But, they're not always accurate, especially for those of us who are very short. I also have a thyroid problem that was discovered at the end of March (have likely had it for at least a year, but symptoms were mild until late March.) The last time I lost weight, it was partially due to diet and exercise, but also an overactive thyroid. Now that the overactive thyroid has been treated, it's under active. Go figure haha. It doesn't want to balance out. Stupid organ. Anyway, I'm only looking to lose 10lbs, but if I don't reach that number that's ok. So long as I'm healthier.

I'm enjoying my results from Zuzka's beginner's program. :) I've only lost 3lbs in the past 5 weeks, but I also lost a full inch around the waist and 1/2 inch in the hips. Thighs have stayed the same and arms have gotten slightly bigger (which I'm guessing means I've built a bit of muscle.)

Yay for your AC working again, I know that it's so terrible working in high temperature, I wish I can turn on AC at my workout area but in our house, ACs are only in bedrooms.

During fasting days, I need to wake up way, way early compare to non-fasting days. Actually, I set my alarm at 3:45 am but I always end up waking up at 3:50 am this week (last week, still not fasting so I woke up around 5:30 am), hehe. And now that I'm in fasting workout plan, I'm doing daily 10-min :D

Waaaah :( I came back from my boyfriend's house to find that the air conditioner at home is broken or very close to it. My mom said it was on but not cooling anything Friday. It's not all that hot out, but sooo humid. I don't know how i'm gonna exercise in this...I'm sweating just typing!

But when I'm started to fast again, it's probably harder to do ZWOW TIME, I probably can do ZWOW AMRAP 10-min, though :D

Yeah, even though not buying anything, shopping is a good excuse to fit in workout with walking non-stop from parking outside the mall (walking even at escalators!) to the farthest shop in the mall LOL

I can't wait to try my fasting workout plan as the real challenge is to wake up very early to fit in the exercises in the morning before start fasting!

I barely started my fasting month when I got my TOM so didn't get chance to try my fasting days plan, hehe. First day fasting, I felt too sick to exercise and second day, I did some walking (thanks to shopping mall, haha) and third day, I couldn't fast anymore because of TOM.

Continue doing morning exercises :D
I think it's better for me to do morning workout than night workout on work days. On weekends, as I tend to wake up late, it's better in the afternoon than night.
In short, try to avoid night workouts!

I decided to do a "older meets latest" ZWOWs. In one week, I will start with the older (for example, #31) then later in same week, do the latest (for example, #70). So, in upcoming weeks, I will increase the older ZWOWs and decrease the latest so in the end, the older will be side by side with the latest in same week.

Sounds confusing, huh? LOL

Anyhow, this week, I did ZWOW #31 on Friday and ZWOW #70 today (Sunday).

Yup, 1 - 70 is plenty to choose from and I probably can make my own workouts by combining different exercises from different ZWOWs :D

Every time I said to foreigners that I still live with my parents, they give me strange looks then lecturing me about pros of staying apart LOL So, I have to explain that it's normal for our cultures here :)

I don't have kids, living my parents (it's normal in our culture for unmarried daughters to stay with family) so can't imagine when I'm married and have kids, must be harder to balance LOL

So sad, ZWOW #71 is not free anymore! I guess I just continue ZWOWing from #1 to #70 :D I wish I can buy Zuzka's DVD sets and subscribe but payments to US sites usually difficult for me coz usually unavailable for countries other than US (Canada, South America countries and European probably still able to do the payment).

Haha, I hear you, time really does fly after work. And that's with no kids for me. Normally, there's a good 1 1/2 - 2 hour break between dinner and workout. Schedule-wise, somewhere between 8 and 9pm seems to work best. It's really only the burpees that give me trouble (and I am only a beginner) but they're such a big part of BR and Zwow workouts that I really don't want to substitute. Now, tonight, we ate somewhat late (stuffed peppers--mmmm) so I am quite full. An intense workout doesn't seem like a great idea right now, so instead, I'm going to do squats and lunges while I put my laundry away. Every little bit, right? Lol.

How about you try split the 6-min into several time in one day? Perhaps 2-min after wake up, 2-min after work and 2-min after dinner? And how long is rest time between dinner and workouts? If too close and you had heavy dinner, it will not feel comfy jumping and lije you said, the sensation of puking.

Another way, you have to make time in your tight schedule. For me, I started doing morning workouts (short workouts, less than 30-min) coz I find time flies too fast after work and if I can find that small time window between dinner preparation and dinner with family, it's rare success LOL

Help meeeeeeee. Lol.

I have some serious trouble doing burpees. Not because of lack of stamina or strength (though I'm sure it doesn't help), but because I feel like I'm going to get sick after just a few. I feel like anything in my stomach is ready to slide right out my throat everytime I go down. (Not to be gross...) Almost like extra bad heartburn/acid reflux. Due to my schedule, the only time I can exercise is after dinner. I work full time, and if I exercise before dinner, I'll never get to eat with my family--we eat fairly early. I'm NOT a morning person so getting up early to do it isn't an option. Plus I shower at night, so I don't want to get all sweaty in the morning. Any advice? Anyone else have a similar problem?

I did 6-min Burpee (June Challenge) yesterday. Before I did the Burpees, I did 3-min jump rope so I was a bit shaky plus after whole day wearing high heels, I think my legs weren't strong as usual LOL

So far, I managed to do workouts daily with songs except yesterday coz my phone's battery was charging emoticon Anyhow, I've started workout with 4 songs instead of 3 songs :D

Gosh, I'm so sleepy today! I thought being a committee member and didn't join the sports would mean less energy spend but apparently, I was wrong LOL Perhaps because I spend rushing and running around with other committee members to make our Away Day ran smoothly that today, I feel so tired. I was so bad-tempered this morning because this one crazy driver behind me gave me long horn and double middle fingers! Uh, what the heck! Probably because he drove behind couple of cars that had to stop immediately to stop collision and he blamed me coz I drove at the next lane that those cars couldn't move till I passed. Well, let's say he's Car S and the other two cars are Car A and Car B. Car A drove so slow and behind it was Car B, me and probably Car S. It was single lane so when we entered two lanes (but still narrow road), I moved to the fast lane so I could overtake the slowpoke Car A. The two lanes were cut across Chinese and Muslim cemetery. However, Car B seemed undecided whether to cross to my fast lane so it was slightly hogging the middle. I really, really wanted to horn but I hate to horn and it was in middle of cemetery, what if there was a burial and my horn would cause disturbance? So, I managed to pass but when I passed through, there was a car parked at the slow lane so Car A and Car B had to screech to immediate stop, there was that's awful tires squeal sound.

So, here's my guess: Car S probably either behind my car or Car B and probably had to immediately stop, too. So, he must be angry at me coz I was already at the fast lane so that the other cars had to immediately stop instead of immediately cross to the other lane. So, he must be thinking it was my mistake of being at the fast lane at the first place. Huh? Damn that Driver of Car S!

Ok, I still have lots of steam right now, I even bought a small glass of pure double chocolate ice-blended (early morning, which sounds crazy, haha) to help me cool down. I wish I can punch something, kick something, maybe I will go play bowling after work - throw something to knock something down might help!

Phew, so if any of you read this will get influenced and get bad mood, sorry about that but I just need an outlet to rant, rant, rant! Never feel so mad like this for so long! Even my hands still are shaking!

Yesterday, did very light workout, just bounced on my mini tram and almost whole time my feet didn't leave the tram. I didn't want to get overtired or muscles aches on next day as I will go visiting places.
