I decided to create this thread for people currently going through week 1 to share their thoughts, questions, and concerns about their week 1 experiences.
I just finished day 6, so tomorrow is a rest day. Overall, I enjoyed this first week. It wasn't too challenging for me and i thought that learning the moves and their application was fun. I am interested in seeing how this program progresses and how my body feels.
Week 1 results, though i wasn't expecting much, I weighed myself daily and also took height measurements twice this week. I took my height on day 1 and it was 66.25" (5'6.25") which is shorter than i generally claim. I've always claimed that i was 5'6.75. I took height measurements on day 5 (yesterday) and i was 67.5" (5'7.5). That is a total of 1.25 inches! That seems crazy to me, but we will see if those results hold true and if i am still measuring at that height on Saturday. As far as weight loss/maintenance goes... I've maintained for the most part. The scale says that my weight has increased by 0.2lb. In retrospect, i think that is pretty cool since i didn't eat very well this week, and didn't gain much weight.
