It's a fact the more you move the more you burn and a great way to keep track of your activity level is with a pedometer. I know when I started wearing one I was shocked that I was way way way less active than I thought I was your supposed to aim for 10,000 steps a day and I wasn't anywhere near there! I've been wearing it for months now and while I see how little I move during the day and it depresses me I haven't really gone to too much trouble to change that so starting now (thanks to the brilliant ideas of my lovely team mates :)) I will be posting my daily steps on this thread and trying to increase each days step total by at least 10 more steps than the previous day. Anyone with a pedometer is welcome to join me in tracking and challenging yourself here!
Post your daily total followed by your previous days total so you can easily keep track of your progress. You can even include your first day tracked in your posts as well for extra motivation :)
