I plan to set up an action plan. List 21 possible weekly meals and keep tweeking.
Lorraine An attitude of gratitude makes all the difference. According to aerodynamic laws, the bumblebee cannot fly. Its body weight is not the right proportion to its wingspan. Ignoring these laws, the bee flies anyway.
Get clearance from brain surgeon to do all the things I feel comfortable doing without restrictions. If this works, I will be:
Doing at least three bootcamps a day.
Doing at least thirty minutes of cardio three days a week
No snacking before bedtime unless blood sugar is below 90

What are your October goals?
My Goals for October:
1) To do something active outdoors every day (weather permitting)
2) To cut out all sodas, diet or otherwise
3) To stay within my nutritional limits.
