Well I have joined Slimming World, I need to go to a class. So I have started.
I also need to exercise so I have come up with Swimming and also Aqua Zumba ... I am sure this is helping me to lose - maybe only a pound .. but everyone says at lesst it is coming off... so I suppose they are right. But I feel as I have so much to lose I should be able to lose it quicker to start off .. but we will see
Anyone else out there doing there own thing???? let me know xx
