I use 'my fitness pal' app for tracking, it has such a great database of food. I haven't used any of the recipes, I am bad with not trying new things and then there is the hubby and kids to consider when making new food.

Where are you living now? I think last I heard you were moving to Alberta(???) for a job?

Thats so awesome! Way to go! I am actually in the middle of writing out a log book for me to start following - I find that always works best for me... Are you using the online trackers??

I made a chill off of here the other day and it was so0o0oo0o0o yummy! I divided them into tupperware & froze them so I always have some ready to go! Have you made any recipes off of here??

Oh I have been on and off, trying to make it stick! I have been on steady for a few months again, love the support I get here.

I am doing hiking, biking, walking, some strength training and even took a spin class last week. I am also looking into a Bootcamp.

I really need to start tracking! What kind of workouts are you doing??? I am about to go for my walk - it might rain on me but I am ready to embrace it hahaha!

Congrats on all of your success so far! Have you stayed on Spark all these years or have you been off and on like me???

Hey Sarah!

Love your plan, sounds excellent!

My short term goal is to lose 25lbs. My plan constist on calorie counting and 250min plus a week of exercise.

Hey Everyone! I decided that I was going to create this SparkTeam and I want it to be fun & full of challenges and that we can just cheer each other on!

My name is Sarah and my weight loss goal is to lose 60lbs :) My plan is to drink 64oz of water a day and eat at least 1 salad per day! For my fitness I am planning on going for a walk around my community which is 4.48km which I mapped out on MapMyRun.com
