I use 'my fitness pal' app for tracking, it has such a great database of food. I haven't used any of the recipes, I am bad with not trying new things and then there is the hubby and kids to consider when making new food.
Where are you living now? I think last I heard you were moving to Alberta(???) for a job?
Hey Everyone! I decided that I was going to create this SparkTeam and I want it to be fun & full of challenges and that we can just cheer each other on!
My name is Sarah and my weight loss goal is to lose 60lbs :) My plan is to drink 64oz of water a day and eat at least 1 salad per day! For my fitness I am planning on going for a walk around my community which is 4.48km which I mapped out on MapMyRun.com
