Just the other night I went to a dinner at a friend’s place for a religious holiday, where we discussed life and death. The interesting thing is that 4 out of 11 of us were nurses. 2 were nurse practioners; 2 were general RN’s. 2 had 20+ years of experience; 2 had less than 10 years experience. Each of the last groups had 1 in each of the previous groups.
Have you ever had an unusual/unexpected meeting of colleagues? An unlikely time? Place? Reason? What kind of discussion did you have? Were there any interesting ideas/thoughts that came from this meeting?
Share your story with us about your unique opportunity to collaborate with colleagues, share nursing stories, or share the experience with others of being in one of, if not the world’s best profession(s).
