I am fairly new to SP (joined in January). I find I have a difficult time posting on the sparkteams. I spend a lot of time tracking my fitness and nutrition, but not much else. I am trying to get better at it. Really love SP, though. It has really made a big difference for me as far as weight loss goes, and I connect alot with my coworkers that have joined as well.

Nice to hear from you Bisco! I was gone for the weekend to visit a friend, dind't eat the greatest or the worst, but hard to get back on track today. I thought I would log in to see if anyone answered and you did!! Sometimes just knowing others are out there struggling with me helps keep me on track.
What are you back in school for? I'm hoping to get back to school too, but it's so hard. Having the freedom of not studying or the bills from graduate classes are very appealing to not go back. Not a good enough excuse, just dragging my feet.
I see you have been a SP member since 2010...how is it working out for you? I'm new to doing things on-line, tend to be a paper/pencil kinda gal. Trying to "reach out" to others for support though. It's nice to hear tips and advice from others that are actively trying to make life altering changes.

Welcome to this team!!! This team has been in a slump for quite some time...There are a couple of us that check in with some reqularity but not many. Not sure about the Night shifters.... maybe they need different things from this spark team...
