Mine is swimming. It's less impact on my body, and I just feel like ALL my muscles get a workout. We don't have a pool so I don't get to do it very much unless I drive to town and use the gym pool, which interestingly is a half meter short from a regulation sized pool. We do things weird around here. LOL!

I like running... inside or outside....... it makes that inner part of my thigh that nothing else works out ever ache the next day.... I love the after more than the actual act of running. Maybe one day it'll be me loving to run........... that'd be great... haha

I have a tread climber collecting dust in my living room that I need to start to use more often, at least 3 or 4 times per week. I also like riding my bike when I can find the time and it isn't 100 degrees outside.

Do you prefer walking on a treadmill, or around your neighborhood? Do you prefer hiking instead? Are you a runner? Do you use free weights? How about swimming?

Name your favorite cardio exercise here and tell us how often you do it, or hope to do it as we go. Sometimes others have fun ideas that we never thought to do!
