Mine is swimming. It's less impact on my body, and I just feel like ALL my muscles get a workout. We don't have a pool so I don't get to do it very much unless I drive to town and use the gym pool, which interestingly is a half meter short from a regulation sized pool. We do things weird around here. LOL!
I like running... inside or outside....... it makes that inner part of my thigh that nothing else works out ever ache the next day.... I love the after more than the actual act of running. Maybe one day it'll be me loving to run........... that'd be great... haha

I have a tread climber collecting dust in my living room that I need to start to use more often, at least 3 or 4 times per week. I also like riding my bike when I can find the time and it isn't 100 degrees outside.
