I love yoga and zumba on off days. If I'm in training mode, I run 4-5 days a week. Off season, 3 times.

I don't run....I just walk fast. On my days off I still like to go for walks.

I do my long, slow run on Sunday. Then a short recovery run on Tuesday. I do a longer speedwork or intervals run on Thursday. Friday may be a short run or not - depending on how I feel.

Non run days I spin/ride my bike or do yoga.

I just knew you were not supposed to run every day but If Tazzy doesn't get her 3 miles I have a very unhappy puppy!

I run 3 days/week...usually Tuesday, Thursday and long run on Sunday. I do strength training on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Yes, walking is a break from running.

How often do you run? What do you do for exercise on days you don't run? Is walking considered a break from running?

I'm trying to figure out a new exercise schedule (if you can't tell!)
