I'm starting to love running, too, but my bicycle is my baby (let's go riding Shalisa!) I found a workout schedule on Pinterest that I've been using that totally kicks my butt. I think it helps mostly because it's different everyday so my body can't really get used to it and I think that's the key to any exercise plan.

My favorite is the elliptical in terms of cardio- I like how it works both upper and lower while you are keeping the heart-rate up. I had back problems this year that lead to a back surgery a few months ago, and I am super excited that my doctor just released me for bike riding! hooray! I also like Pilates and yoga for off days and for that mental pick-me-up. One of my goals is to be able to do crossfit when I am more healed up from my surgery. also, that emoticon looks super silly.
I love spinning :) I don't have a bike, or else I think I would enjoy cycling outside too. But, I love how spin classes are a little bit different every day, have a different playlist of songs, and I like that I get to do intervals. I also have begun to realize that I really like to run.. If I lived somewhere besides Abilene, I would also hike every day. I love to hike.
I love cycling! It is great cardio, and but I'm never out of breath. I work my core and legs and arms when I ride, and I never realize how much work I've done! If anyone ever wants to cycling with me, just let me know:)
