My favorite is the elliptical in terms of cardio- I like how it works both upper and lower while you are keeping the heart-rate up. I had back problems this year that lead to a back surgery a few months ago, and I am super excited that my doctor just released me for bike riding! hooray! I also like Pilates and yoga for off days and for that mental pick-me-up. One of my goals is to be able to do crossfit when I am more healed up from my surgery.
