For me the answer is no....I prefer to do my exercises in the privacy of my own home. I have the equipment that I need, it's cheaper (no membership fees), and I can do it on my time line schedule.

I think all of them can be healthy. Most cultures are now giving several options as to what choices we want in order to make the meals a healthy one.

What's your go-to tactic when you feel unmotivated?
I read inspirational quotes/passages I listen to motivational music I look at inspiring images I get a pep talk from a friend/family member I log into SparkPeople! More than one of the above Other (Share it in the comments!)
I would have to say all of the above. I look for inspiration and motivation from my sparkpeople teams and sparkpeople in general. I really am thankful for my DH who is very supportive of me and what I can accomplish.

If you haven't started strength training yet, what's holding you back?
I'm afraid of injuring myself I don't want to make a fool of myself in the weight room I lack access to strength training equipment I don't want to get bulky muscles I'd rather spend my limited time burning more calories with cardio exercise Strength training is overwhelming and I don't know where to start Other Not applicable-- I already incorporate strength training into my routine

Diet Exercise I struggle with both equally I don't struggle with either of them Other
I would have to say....for me....diet. I love food and struggle from time to time with portion distortion. I am getting much better at it....self control and tapping my hand when I go for seconds.

I have never used a tanning bed. I have no intention of using one because I think they are dangerous and so is sitting out in the sun for long periods of time.

Do you prefer exercising with a buddy or going solo...or something else???
I would love to have a buddy do exercises with me but I go solo. DH and I enjoy our walks together. Working out on the exercise machines I do solo.

How do you sneak extra movement into your day?
I take walking and stretching breaks I work out during my lunch break I take the elevator instead of the stairs I park far away from my destination so I have to walk more I take my pet on frequent walks I get up and talk to my co-workers in person instead of using e-mail More than one of the above Other (share it in the comments!)
I find that I do a lot of the things above....parking far away in the parking lot and walking to the mall, go for a walk in the park, go on my twist plate during commercials on TV, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
