How do you sneak extra movement into your day?
I take walking and stretching breaks
I work out during my lunch break
I take the elevator instead of the stairs
I park far away from my destination so I have to walk more
I take my pet on frequent walks
I get up and talk to my co-workers in person instead of using e-mail

I find that I do a lot of the things above....parking far away in the parking lot and walking to the mall, go for a walk in the park, go on my twist plate during commercials on TV, take the stairs instead of the elevator.
