OMG!!! you are eating 1500 cal and burning 500-900 !!! No wonder you are eating like crazy. and not losing your putting your body into starvation mode. If you burn an average of 700 cal during exercise, than your daily cal intake should be 2100 per day. that way out of 2100 - 700 = 1400. Which is still 100 cal under your 1500 allowed.

I think you are right. Since I have started exercising more the last 2 weeks it has been harder to stay under 1500 calories. Since I burn 500-900 calories in a workout I must be hungry!
I upped my calorie range today and will see how I feel. Today should be a rest day so I will aim for the lower end of my new range. I will try this for a week or two. i was not losing on this range before but I was not exercising as hard either.

I pinpoint what I did that I shouldn't have done that caused the weight gain. I have yet to gain weight for no apparent reason..... Then, I stop that behavior, or at least try to stop... sometimes it is very difficult. Next, I add a little bit more intensity to my exercise, or I add a few minutes. My main goal is to get those gained pounds back off ASAP. I may be doing these things tomorrow, as it is my weigh in day, and I am not having a real good feeling this week.

I'll cut back drastically on the sodium. I retain fluid badly and my weight can go up 5-7 lbs overnight just from excess fluid, so if I see it heading in the wrong direction I eat foods very low in sodium for a day or two.

What do you do when you realize that you have gain weight?
I for one freak out. I don't go crazy, but I will let out a small scream as I look at the scale...loll But after I sit down and realize that its my fault ( I should have eaten that extra dessert or I shouldn't have put off all those exercises)
