I try to cook them differently otherwise i get bored with them. My favourate would have to be roasted, they are just delicious but the tbsp of oil adds extra calories so i can't do that when i don't have enough calories left for the day. emoticon

All three and eat them raw. My husband really prefers his vegetables raw - every vegetable - while I like them different ways. If I boil them though they are tender crisp - never mushy.

How do you cook your veggies? Do you steam them? Boil them? Or maybe marinade them?
