Here is a very easy way to lose an extra 5 pounds per month. Just by walking... Yes I did say walking. People think that walking cannot add anything to our everyday exercise routine, but they are wrong.
By walking 12 000 to 15 000 step each day you can easily lose some extra weight each month, ( with healthy and sensible eating this is achievable).
So next time you go to work, park a little farther, use the stairs, walk to the corner store, walk around your neighborhood and enjoy the warm summer air and lose weight at the same time
