I think that's the hardest part about this...it's not easy to figure out all the little things...best suggestion is that whatever your doing seems to be working. even with the weight gain...that could be anything...water weight...if you had too much salt the day before you weighed in?? all the little things...BUT your inches are down overall...I say give another week with out changing anything and then weigh and measure and go from there....if there's a gain or no loss then you can look at changing a few things up...
