I think that's the hardest part about this...it's not easy to figure out all the little things...best suggestion is that whatever your doing seems to be working. even with the weight gain...that could be anything...water weight...if you had too much salt the day before you weighed in?? all the little things...BUT your inches are down overall...I say give another week with out changing anything and then weigh and measure and go from there....if there's a gain or no loss then you can look at changing a few things up... emoticon

Okay I just have a question... I think I already know the answer to, just wanna re-assure myself. So I started working out last month Lost 5lbs and recently I weight myself and I GAIN 2LBS! I thought to myself how could this be? So I measure myself, okay so my hips and arms didn't change but I lost 2 inches off my waist and grew an inch on my thighs. Now could this be due to muscles..... I just wanna lose 20lbs. Help!
