Good - I am thinner
Bad - I still cannot control my eating - especially sweets (which is really bad as I am diabetic)

Have you notices any differences since you began your journey to a healthier you?
I have notices Good and bad ones.
Good= I have more energy during the day.
Bad= I get cranky if I dont eat sweets...loll but that's normal
