I drink Yogi Mayan Cocoa tea with a sweetner. It reminds me of chocolate. I also get falvored coffees to appease my cravings. Right now I am drinking english toffee coffee!
Most of the time I give in...but with a smaller portion. I also drink water a lot and I think that is helping

I like nonfat chocolate frozen yogurt from Yogurt Jungle with walnuts instead of my usual fattening toppings. It tastes like ice cream.
I try to substitute with another food. I found a dark chocolate granola that helps stasify my sugar cravings and it is pretty low in calorie and fat. (Cascadian Farm Brand)
I notice I crave carbs a lot. I wish I had a cure for that one!
Are you having withdrawal feelings toward some foods that you have completely given up? If so how do you deal?
I have noticed a serious shift in my moods when I don't get my regular sugar intake.
When this happens I now know that its because of a lack of " BAD SUGARS" intake and go for a walk around the neighborhood to get my mind off things.
But I wont lie, its really hard to stay on the right track, I love chocolate and its seems to love me as well...loll
