Are you having withdrawal feelings toward some foods that you have completely given up? If so how do you deal?
I have noticed a serious shift in my moods when I don't get my regular sugar intake. When this happens I now know that its because of a lack of " BAD SUGARS" intake and go for a walk around the neighborhood to get my mind off things. But I wont lie, its really hard to stay on the right track, I love chocolate and its seems to love me as well...loll
