How many steps do you do walk per day? Have you ever calculated them at the end of a week?
I have recently began to take into consideration my steps per day. I have also found out that for every 2000 to 3000 steps ( depending on big ur strides are) you burn approximately 100 calories.
So I bought a pedometer and began tracking how many steps per day I take.
yesterday I walked 6.9 miles which is approx 14 500 steps. and this means that I have burned 700 calories with walking alone.
How amazing is this!!!
