I have a mechanical scale that I've used for years. I've tried 2 digital scales & another mechanical scale, but they didn't hold up like old faithful. It's covered with rust, but a good cleaning & a new coat of paint & it'll look like new emoticon

I agree, I to have had two scales ( digital) in the last 3 yrs and they were great friends (at times) but the last one I bought is a weight watcher's and it gives me 2 pounds more then the on at my doctor. Very annoying but respectable.

@ JANDK156, that's the problem is the scale I have now is no longer staying consistent. It is digital and I have had it for over a year, so I think it may just be nearing the end of it's lifespan.

Digital and it's close to my doctor's scale. I think whatever scale you use, you should stick with the same one, for consistency.

Just curious what type of scale everyone has. I'm not sure if mine is totally accurate. Last night it said I was down to 209.2 when I weighed myself and this morning it's saying 207.8 and 206.8 so I'm not sure of it's accuracy and thinking about getting a new one, but I'm not sure what ones are good and accurate.
