Every time I grab the fridge door and as the cold air hits my body, I try and stop and ask myself... IS THIS WORTH IT??? WHAT ABOUT ALL YOUR HARD WORK???
3 out of 5 times I will close the door and find something constructive to do but like everybody out there I still slip up. I guess this is what they call " BEING HUMAN".

I sure wish I could have complete control but I guess for the time being I will keep a positive outlook and keep trying to find ways to occupy myself when these feelings occur.

I do some cardio like a walk or bike ride when I feel like emotional eating.

Emotional Eating is a BIG problem among women. Overtime something comes along and disturbs our lives, and some of us ( more than you think) will turn to food for comfort.

Lady's this is the WORST habit for us to have.
We need to take charge and kick this BAD HABIT to the curve. If you have anything suggestions, please share. We could all use some help.
