I guess if I actually had more friends and family in the area it would probably be more difficult, but I have a hard time making friends and even though we've lived here for two years I can still count the friends I have here on one hand. It would be nice to have more friends, but at the same time it really doesn't bother me. As long as I have my me time I'm good and I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my family.

I'm glad to here that you are keeping on track LEIGHTY4.
As for me I try to stay on track and not go over my calorie rang for each day but with friends and family always dropping by it can be very challenging. But I'm happy to report that this past weekend I was good.

For me weekends are pretty much the same as the weekdays. It's just me and my boys here for now so it's pretty easy to stay on track. I do go to my mother in laws on the weekends, but we still normally eat at home. Even if we do eat over there I don't eat much.
I understand how you feel, It can be very tempting to just say, " I'll start next week..." But don't let the task get the better of you. You can still order out and eat healthy. When my family orders out I usually get a VERY large salad with all kinds of veggies and a small grilled chicken breast on the side. I then cut it up and add it to my salad.
Which gives out approx 300 cal for the entire meal ( with the low fat dressing).
Right now I don't deal with weekends very well. The next couple though I will be moving and that will probably be worse. This coming weekend is packing so probably ordering out food and the following one is the actual move so again ordering out...sigh
I know that for alot of us, WEEKENDS can be our most dreaded times. So many things can influence us in the wrong direction. A friends birthday party, a wedding, a BBQ....the list goes on and on and on.
How to keep from falling back to our old habits? How do you deal with the weekends??
